Friday April 19th

3 weeks ago, David R. was spending the Easter weekend with us.  He was in the extra room in the attic but it has a pony wall, so when you turn on the light in Taylor's room it shows up in the extra room.  So Taylor being the cute polite girl she is didn't turn on the light when she got up out of bed.  Unfortunately she also left her closet door open.  She walked into it and we now know that she broke her nose.  She didn't complain, that's not her style.  She had a bruise, we teased her about looking like Marsha Brady, and moved on.  Today we went to my ENT doctor and it turns out the bones had already fused and her nose looks really different :( After much consultation we scheduled surgery on May 8th to have her surgery to rebreak her nose and set it.  Poor little thing :(

Last week Taylor was accepted to the U.  She has been attending UVU on a full scholarship this year and did great.  I think she is trying to spread her wings and start a new college life....I'm not ready to let her go but I know I must.  Gayleen and I saw each other in the store this week.  Mak and Tay are moving on and we just don't like it!  They are our best friends!

Taylor is stressed this week.  Finals are coming, filling first taxes, car issues, nannying and planning to  go up to the U in August are proving to be a little much.  She always does amazing in all that she takes on, so I have confidence in her!
